First, I hope your "D" key works soon. That must be frustrating.
Maybe you need to stand up to the she-devils and tell them righ up that you don't appreciate how they're treating you and when you have a question, an answer would be nice.

Dear Win...I am sorry that you are so so tired and hope that soon you wil hear if you will be kept on permanently then you can get an appartment nearer to work. sorry the other staff are still so unhelpful but just you try o ignore them keep your head down ad mutter under your breath !! Ater all the children appreciate what is being doen for them and that is the most impotrant thing. I once had a problem with my keyboard as well but for the life of me I can't remember how it sorted itself out..wish I did then I coudl pass on the cure...
