Summer Dreams

I know summer is almost over, but I have not been able to get into my blog since my last entry. I have no clue as to how I managed to get in today but it was NOT through my server... I hope this will not be my last entry. Grrr... Anyway... I saw this picture of these little girls at the beach and it inspired this tag. This tag is rated very G. LOL... How fun it must be to have dreams instead of worries! Will I EVER get to that HAPPY place?! LOL...

Thanks for the update, Sybil. I hope this computer will allow me to check out your new blog. It's about time you started a blog here. I want to see more pictures of the inside of that cathedral in Bath, please.

Work? Well, I have been dragging at work. The getting up so early and driving to work an hour away is so tiring... And I am usually staying after five 'clock, which I don't get paid for because I am on salary... I am so tired. Healthwise, I am on my 3rd batch of antibodics and I am still sick... Grrr... My weekends are no help, either. I usually end up doing errands, washing clothes, buying groceries, and all those awful things that I don't have time to do during the week... I have slowly started to pack, but it has been difficult finding the size boxes that I want...

On Thursday, I threw some salt over my left shoulder! LOL... Am I jinxed? All of my cases are going into their 2nd or 3rd sponsors because the previous ones had charges or changed their minds or they have taken weeks and in one case a month to approve my cases. What is that?! Grrr...

The Eye has been removed as our supervisor. He is a trainer now... probably because I had to write him up?... but mostly because of his own doing... So now Spelling Bee (the one who can't spell) is our supervisor. She is always cranky so I don't know if it is going to be any better...

Yesterday, we had some summer activities with the kids and someone made some tasty barbecue chicken. It was so good! They told us we could go casual, so I wore jeans and a black shirt. One of the boys noticed the main secretary and was appalled by what she was wearing, especially because of her position. Then, two of the boys told me that I always look nice and elegant, and that even on casual day, I dress right and look good in my jeans. OMG @ they notice everything. Thank God, I was wearing my lucky black shirt. LOL

Thank goodness you have given us some news. I was thinking I would have to get my broomstick out to fly over !! It is real tiring all that travelling I well remember when I worked in Edinburgh it took me 45 mins by bus then another 10min walk to get to work and same for the return..some days especialy in the morning we could not even get a seat on the bus and had to stand..no wonder after 12 years I had to give it up....no car in these days !!
Keep smiling. Love Sybil xx

So nice to see you posting again.

I pray that things look better for you at work.

Children/teens are very intuitive and always know what's up.

Happy rest of the summer, and I hope you come back and post soon.
